Our excursion begins with a comfortable transfer from Ljubljana to the coast, where you'll enjoy a guided tour of Piran's historic center. We'll stroll through the famous Tartini Square, the heart of the city, learn about the life of the celebrated violinist and composer Giuseppe Tartini, and explore the picturesque alleyways leading to the Church of St. George, which offers spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea.
During the tour, you'll discover the strong influence of the former Republic of Venice, visible in the architecture, the city walls, and the unique atmosphere of the town. You'll have free time to stroll along the seafront, enjoy a coffee overlooking the harbor, take a dip in the summer, or sample fresh fish and other Mediterranean specialties.
